They are all along my left arm -- little and pesty dots. When I was younger, I had a skin condition. To this day, I was not sure what it was (eczema or something). But for some reason my arm was always scratchy. To the point where my fingernails were digging under the skin. I thought that if I scratched hard enough, they would surrender and my left arm would be free. When I started junior high, I stopped scratching. And now these scars remind me everyday of the battle I lost. No they are not freckles. But I wish I could say that.
