It was a brisk winter day, the temperature below zero. The only thing that could sooth my frostbitten limbs was a hot bowl of Cup of Noodles soup. I then asked my friend if she could prepare it for me. Soon after, my friend passed the freshly cooked soup to me, accidentally spilling the water and soup on my leg. The steaming hot water quickly seeped through my pants burning the skin on my frail thigh. The fervor of the pain was unbearable. The burn was extremely painful at the time but has become a distinguished scar that remains on my body. I forgot to mention, the feeling of burning skin is quite unpleasant!
