If you are near-sighted (can't see far away):

Place your pointer fingers about 2 inches away from your eyes, and about an inch and a half away from each other, like in the picture. By looking far away, it should seem like your fingers come together. Try not to focus on anything, and to make it look like your fingers are one finger (you may move your fingers around slightly to obtain this). Now, VERY slowly move your fingers away from each other, but try to keep it looking like one finger. What this is doing is forcing your eyes to point away from each other. Don't go to far, or hold it there for too long. After just doing it a little bit, stop, and notice how it is easier to focus on things far away.

If you are far-sighted (can't see close up):

Place your pointer finger as close to your eyes as you can, with it still being almost perfectly focused. Then simply move your finger closer to your eyes VERY SLOWLY, while keeping it in focus. Go as far as you can while keeping it in focus. After just doing it a little bit, stop, and notice how it is easier to focus on things far away.

Do these excercises often, and you should be able to notice a difference. I am not responsible for blindness or cross-eyes. The only reason that i recommend doing these is because the near-sighted one seems to work, and the far-sighted one makes sence.
