1) Run water until it is hot, slightly steaming, but not too hot.
2) Pour salt in the amount roughly the equivalent of 1/8 the amount of water.

5) Take a swig, but try not to swallow.
6) Now swish it around like Listerine.
7) Now spit it out
8) Repeat steps 5-7
9) Rinse with cold water, quickly for relief, but not too long.
10) Repeat steps 5-7
11) Your are finished, this will speed up the healing process of those weird things known as cold sores.
