1. I chose my options for my O levels. My Mum didn't want me to do drama, but I chose it anyway. I then did it at A level and then a drama degree. I then had a 15 year career in Public Relations off the back of my interest in drama and the media. I'm glad I rebelled, it's probably one of the few times I did.
2. I went out with Mike for 6 months. My first serious boyfriend. I ended it at Christmas and then found out he wanted to get engaged to me when I was 16. He then went out with someone else and got engaged to her as soon as she was 16. I had a lucky escape!
3. I was on a television quiz show called The Game. Very proud. Came fourth highest in the series, points wise and just missed out on being in the final.
4. Started work on the Market in my first Saturday job. It taught me a huge amount about working with the public
5. I went to see lots of movies during 1984 and some became my favourites ever.
