I want music when I die, whatever kind will make the people that love me the happiest (but not reggae, because it shouldn't make anyone happy). I want my brother to eulogize me, because he's articulate and creative and will remember me generously. Then, save what can be saved from my body and given to someone who needs it, no matter what my mother says about the despicable practices of organ donation. What can't be saved, burn. Then have my family take my remains north, as far north as they can safely go, and put me on the ice. Maybe in two million years, I'll end up in an iceberg or some vast frozen expanse. No memorials or plaques taking up space--when the urn is empty, it's empty and that's it. If someone wants to visit my grave, they'll have to be courageous and travel to see my arctic memorial.
