My ideal government would provide me with a full body massage once a week to recenter my chi. There would be ice cream socials every third Friday. There should be something about universal health care, education, and social programs, but I'm really excited about the ice cream and massages to give appropriate thought to those topics.
The government would consist of 9 people because 3 is just too small and 11 is a weird number anyway. On a side note, who likes the number 11? It can't be an even number because there would have to be some sort of tie procedure. Lets cut down on the procedures.
It would consist of 3 queer (however you define it) women (one would need to be tall, preferably over 5'9"), 3 queer (however you define it) men (one should be named Desmond), and 3 whoever-is-right-for-the-job/whoever-is-available-and-willing people. These officials would vow to increase people's happiness. This is my ideal government.
