Ideal? Does that even exist? Well let me tell you how an ideal government operates in my mind. Animals have the same rights as humans - no more torture and all previous money donated to other starving countries stays right here with us and educates our society. No more rigged elections, rather a people's vote shall take over. When a leader sucks - give him the boot - no red tape - just the boot. And no more nosing around in citizen's lives - private is just that private - so stay the hell out. And last but not least our new government will implement a strict code of "an eye for an eye" - perhaps then crime will come to a screeching halt or atleast slow down.
