SUGAR BOWL ONCE AGAIN NOT IN THE SAME PLACE FOR TWO DAYS CONSECUTIVELY
It is difficult to suss out the reasons for errant sugar bowls. Some days the sugar bowl is next to the toaster, others next to the coffee pot (which seems to be the most ideal place to put it because most of the time sugar is used for coffee, sometimes cereal if its bland but usually just coffee), this reporter has also seen it on numerous occasions in the sink, empty. Sometimes it's not there at all but when that happens it can usually be found in the dishwasher, probably because its dirty. Sometimes (although this is a rare situation) the sugar bowl is replaced by a new sugar bowl, perhaps one with many colours or maybe just a blue one.
It can sometimes be difficult to identify a sugar bowl. They are normally small in size made of various materials but almost always have a lid. One can assume they are lidded because it is important to only have sugar in the sugar bowl, things like crumbs or bugs could fall inside and then it would be an everything bowl and there are plenty of other bowls for that sort of thing.
One may find it slightly irritating to locate the sugar bowl every morning because usually one needs the sugar bowl for coffee (see first paragraph) and if one needs a coffee then logically that means one has just woken up and generally people are very bleary when first awoken so it can be difficult to find things that are right in front of you (an example of this might be toothpaste, toothpaste can be very difficult to locate even when it is sitting right in front of a person, there have been claims that spirits and aliens move things when one is not looking but that is a little off topic). A solution to this problem might be to attach Velcro to the countertop and the sugar bowl. This would serve as a gentle reminder that it might make more sense to just leave the sugar bowl where it is so other may find it with ease.
The bottom line is that a sugar bowl is a strangely mobile item. It can be difficult to locate in the morning and you could Velcro it to the counter.
